Candlelit interior of Cafe Edinburgh with walnut floors and leather banquettes

High Street · Edinburgh · Est. 2014

A corner kept for the unhurried.Stay a while. The High Street will wait.

A decade of roasting behind one dark room — walnut floors, leather banquettes and candle stubs in old brass holders.

Since twenty fourteen

Sandstone arches, candlelight, and a room carved out of the city's noise.

In 2014, Cafe Edinburgh was born in an old Royal Mile stone vault as an unhurried sanctuary against the rush of modern life. A decade later, our walnut bar and glowing candles still welcome anyone in search of contemplative stillness, manual lever extraction, and single-origin beans roasted twice a week in batches small enough to taste each one.
